- Welcome and attend to clients at the front office and assist to inform the sales team to attend to their clients.
- To assist in clients queries and service related requests.
- Manage and co-ordinate diary including arranging internal/external meeting, conference, trainings.
- Assist in office administrative duties and other activities as assigned by supervisor.
- Monitor all correspondences to ensure timely responses.
- Manage follow-up and execute actions as appropriate.
